TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - A Tucson man has been sentenced to nearly six years in federal prison for an assault on the Pascua Yaqui Indian Nation. Prosecutors say 26-year-old Peter Ron Acuna received a 70-month prison term Tuesday along with three years of supervised release.
